Zen Marbles Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Zen Marbles Android game. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Who provides the game

Zen Marbles is provided by Zintis Apps (“we”, “us”). Questions about these terms can be sent to zintis.rove@gmail.com.

Licence and permitted use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Zen Marbles for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it. You may not sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, interfere with or exploit the game, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Game progress and scores

Progress, settings and personal best scores are currently stored locally on your device. The game does not provide an account, cloud backup or cross-device synchronisation. Clearing app data, uninstalling the game, device loss or technical failure may permanently remove local progress. Scores and virtual gameplay elements have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or property.

Advertising and optional rewarded ads

The game may display an occasional advertisement at a natural break. A rewarded advertisement is shown only when you choose the offered Restore Balance option. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Advertising services are provided by Google and may be subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices. See the Zen Marbles Privacy Policy for details.

Updates, availability and changes

We may update, rebalance, add to, suspend or discontinue parts of the game when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance or product improvement. The game and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable. We do not promise that every device, operating-system version or service will remain supported indefinitely.

Intellectual property

Zen Marbles, its code, name, visual design, music, sound, text and other content are owned by or licensed to Zintis Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Responsible use

You must not:

use the game unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
attempt to bypass security, advertising, consent or platform controls;
introduce malicious code or intentionally disrupt the game or related services; or
misrepresent an association with Zintis Apps.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties not expressly required by law. Zintis Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of local progress, or interruption caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

Termination

You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse, legal requirements, security risks or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the game, services or legal requirements. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page. Continuing to use the game after an update takes effect means the updated terms apply, to the extent permitted by law.
