Zintis Apps
Zen Marbles Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 11 September 2026
Who we are
Zintis Apps (“we”, “us”) provides the Zen Marbles Android game. For privacy questions or requests, contact zintis.rove@gmail.com.
Information stored on your device
Level progress, best scores, game and audio preferences, advertising consent choices, and counters used to limit advertising frequency are stored locally on your device. We do not upload this saved-game information to our own servers. You can remove it by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
Advertising and privacy choices
Zen Marbles uses Google AdMob to show occasional interstitial advertisements at natural breaks and a rewarded advertisement only when you choose Restore Balance. The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically processes and shares the device IP address (which can be used to estimate general location), app interactions such as launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information, the Android advertising ID, app set ID and other applicable device or account identifiers. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Data handled by the SDK is encrypted in transit. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for your advertising privacy choices before Zen Marbles requests ads. Depending on your choices and region, AdMob may show personalised, non-personalised or limited ads. When Google requires an ongoing privacy-options entry point, you can review or change your selection under Settings → Privacy Choices. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in the privacy settings of your device.
Google Play in-app review
After positive game progress, Zen Marbles may ask Google Play to offer its in-app review interface. Google Play decides whether the interface appears. We do not receive the text or rating you submit through Google Play.
Optional analytics and technical crash diagnostics
If you allow analytics on the welcome screen or turn on Settings → Share Analytics, Zen Marbles uses Google Firebase Analytics to measure app launches, sessions, returning play, tutorial progress, Journey level starts, completions and exits, move and rating totals, aggregate Find Balance turns and scores, and ad opportunities, displays, errors and rewards. The AdMob integration can also report ad impressions and revenue. Firebase processes app-instance identifiers and app/device information to measure usage over time. We do not send player names, email addresses, free-form text, run seeds, Daily date keys, advertising identifiers, or a developer-defined user ID with these events.
Zen Marbles uses Firebase Crashlytics for technical stability diagnostics. When a crash, native crash or supported app-not-responding event occurs, Crashlytics may process stack traces, relevant app state, device model and operating-system metadata, Firebase and Crashlytics installation identifiers, and compact game context such as the current mode, level, board size, move count, turn and score. Google states that Crashlytics retains crash stack traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning deletion. Crash reporting remains active independently of Share Analytics. Turning off Share Analytics stops gameplay and ad-funnel analytics but does not disable technical crash reports. Neither service grants advertising consent. New installations start with Analytics disabled. A legacy Share Diagnostics ON choice enables Analytics after upgrade; an older default-OFF value remains disabled and the player receives the new Analytics choice once. Versions before 1.0.2 use the combined Share Diagnostics control.
Purposes and legal basis
The limited technical information described above is processed to operate and secure the game, understand game progress, diagnose crashes, prevent advertising fraud, measure advertising performance and fund continued development. Optional Firebase Analytics is based on your choice. Technical Crashlytics diagnostics and other necessary processing are based on legitimate interests in operating a stable, secure and sustainable game, while consent is used where required. We do not sell personal information.
Retention, deletion and your rights
Local game data and applicable consent choices remain until you remove or reset them. Google retains advertising, Firebase and Play data according to its service settings and policies and applicable legal requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion of information associated with you. Because Zen Marbles has no accounts, we may not be able to link pseudonymous records to a particular person.
Children
Zen Marbles is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
International processing and security
Google and its service providers or advertising partners may process data outside your country. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards apply where required. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy when the game, its services or legal requirements change. The latest version and its effective date will be published on this page.
