Who we are

Zintis Apps (“we”, “us”) provides the Pivot Path Android game. For privacy questions or requests, contact zintis.rove@gmail.com.

Information stored on your device

Level progress, best results, attempts, game settings (including analytics and crash-reporting choices), advertising consent choices and the time and progress counters used to limit advertising frequency are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your saved game progress or settings to our servers. You can remove this information by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

Advertising and your privacy choices

Pivot Path uses Google AdMob to display occasional interstitial advertisements at natural breaks between levels. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process and share an IP-derived approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, the Android advertising ID, app set ID and other applicable device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud-prevention purposes. Data is encrypted in transit. Google describes its processing in the Google Privacy Policy.

Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for your advertising privacy choices before the game requests ads. Depending on your choice and region, AdMob may show personalised, non-personalised or limited ads. When required, you can review or change your selection from Settings → Privacy choices. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device’s privacy settings.

Optional usage analytics and crash reporting

Pivot Path includes Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Both services are disabled by default. You can enable or disable them independently at any time under Settings → Privacy & data.

If you enable Usage analytics, Firebase Analytics processes pseudonymous gameplay events such as level selection, level starts, completion results, failure reasons and the number of placed pieces, together with general app and device information and a Firebase app-instance identifier. This helps us understand difficulty and improve the game. Pivot Path disables advertising-ID collection and ad-personalisation signals for Firebase Analytics, and does not send names, email addresses or saved game progress.

If you enable Crash reports, Firebase Crashlytics may process crash stack traces, diagnostic logs, app version, device model, operating-system information, installation identifiers and the current level or game phase. This helps us diagnose unexpected app failures. Ordinary failed level attempts are recorded only as diagnostic context and are not reported as software crashes. Purposes and legal basis

We process the limited technical data described above to operate and secure the game, diagnose crashes, improve level design, prevent advertising fraud, measure advertising performance and fund continued development. Optional Analytics and Crashlytics processing is based on your choice in the game settings. Where applicable, other processing is based on your consent and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, sustainable game. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Local game data and applicable consent choices remain until you remove or reset them. Advertising, Analytics and Crashlytics data is retained according to the settings and policies of the applicable Google service and only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to security and legal requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion of data associated with you. Because Pivot Path has no accounts, we may not always be able to link pseudonymous records to a person.

Children

Pivot Path is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

International processing and security

Google and its service providers or advertising partners may process data outside your country. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards apply where required. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will always be published on this page.
